・5枚目のソロアルバム。このアルバムからシングル曲を含む４曲（？）がスーパーニッカのCMに使われた。（ソロで初のタイアップ）
・「Are You Receiving Me ?」はRemix Versionで、オリジナルは先行シングルとして発売されたもの。
B面はオリジナルアルバム見収録の「And I Believe In You」。
・このアルバムからの2枚目のシングル「前兆」のＢ面はオリジナルアルバム未収録の「Another Door」。
これは元々、写真家の伊島薫さんが主宰していたカセットマガジン「TRA」に収録されていたもの。
・「Good Time」は前年に発売された「音版ビックリハウス ウルトラサイケ・ビックリパーティー」に
収録されていた。
・「This Island Earth」はBryan Ferryの「The Bride Stripped Bare」（邦題：ベールをぬいだ花嫁）（1978）に収録されている曲のカヴァー。
・「The April Fools」は1969年の同名の映画（邦題：幸せはパリで）の主題歌でDionne Warwickが歌ったバート・バカラック（Burt Bacharach）の曲。監督はStuart Rosenberg。主演はJack LemmonとCatherine Deneuve。
